Fire safety training tailored to the unique needs of the private sector
With a team of seasoned experts and industry professionals, we offer cutting-edge fire safety training solutions designed to ensure compliance with legislation by mitigating risks, enhancing preparedness and ensuring the safety of personnel and assets.
At the heart of our training programs lies a commitment to equipping businesses and individuals with the knowledge and tools necessary to identify potential fire hazards, implement preventive measures, and respond effectively in the event of an emergency.
All our Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) qualifications are designed to provide individuals with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to enable them to develop competence to assess risk in premises, both public and private.
The content of each course has been designed to reflect BS 8674:2025 – Built Environment: Framework for Competence of Individual Fire Risk Assessors.
All courses/qualifications specific to Healthcare are aligned to Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTM/SHTM)

Private Sector fire safety courses should be undertaken in a sequential order as part of a development pathway, along with application of learning vocationally post course. Fire Risk Assessment courses also require candidates to carry out FRAs at the appropriate level for the qualification gained, for a minimum period of at least 6 months.
From training staff in fire evacuation protocols to providing specialised instruction in active and passive fire safety measures, we tailor our programs to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client to ensure compliance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (RRO) and Fire (Scotland) Act 2005, Fire Safety (Scotland) Regulations 2006 (FSA) and The Fire Safety Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010.
We have various delivery models available depending on individual clients needs and use technology to enable a blended learning approach using e-learning, face to face and/or online delivery. Learning and assessment will be via our Moodle Learning Management Platform (LMS). Throughout delegates will have access to our experienced and qualified tutors, who will provide advice and guidance as required.
If delegates can demonstrate prior experience and knowledge or have completed an equivalent FRA/Fire Safety qualification, Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) may be considered. The level at which RPL is applied will be determined on the evidence submitted.
